Terms of Use

This app is for getting tips for medical health, information and other exclusive content. It contains two types of subscriptions. After subscribing to any of these subscriptions, the user will get the exclusive content, which includes pro tips and much more.

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the app Dental Year (“App”). Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the App. By accessing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not use the App. Personal Data collected: Cookies and Usage data.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Video Content Library

If you pay for a download of video for any Production(s) via the App, you will have the ability to use the Production(s) in any way you wish online.  You may not copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, publicly display or perform, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any part of the App or Video Content.  Usage rights are only for App user who paid and downloaded specific video files.  This does not include any Reseller Rights and users are unauthorized to Reseller and/or Re-Purpose Video Content in any other ways.  

Errors and Inaccuracies

The App may contain errors, inaccuracies or omissions related to Holiday Dates, Marketing Tips, Suggestions, Statistics, and other information in “User Content”.  You are solely responsible for all Content obtained by us from App, all of which is referred to as “User Content” and consists of all Content and Videos.

About Dental Year Premium Subscription

Dental Year Premium Subscription offers a choice of subscription duration – 1 month or 1 year. The price of the subscription may vary across regions. Payment will be charged to the user’s iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The user’s iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the current cost of the subscription. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to Account Settings at any time after purchase.
No cancellation of the current subscription is permitted during the active subscription period.
