On February 29, 2024, at approximately 4:14 PM, the El Cajon Police Department received reports of gunshots inside of a dental office located at 480 N. Magnolia Ave, in the city of El Cajon. The first officers were on scene at approximately 4:16 PM, and quickly located three gunshot victims: two adult males and one adult female.
